- How Do I Place An Order?
To place a product in your shopping cart, select size and color, then click the "ADD TO CART" button. You can access your cart by clicking the shopping cart icon in the upper right corner of your screen. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved until you proceed to checkout.
- Payment & Secure Ordering
For orders placed through RedStarPro.com we accept: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and PayPal. Once you place an order, an authorization is held on your account. When the order is processed, your entire purchase is charged to your credit card.
- Shipping
Free Shipping To The United States, Virgin Islands, Hawaii & Alaska on all orders over $50
We ship within the continental US, US Territories, Alaska and Hawaii. We also deliver to P.O. boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Standard orders should be delivered within 3 to 5 business days following order confirmation. Please allow up to 2 additional days for rural zip codes.
Shipping is available within the US and standard orders can be delivered to P.O. boxes.
We also ship standard orders to US Territories, Alaska, Hawaii and APO/FPO/DPO addresses, which requires additional time for delivery and may be subject to delivery restrictions based on the item type, weight and size.
Products usually Ships in 1-5 business days, but may take up to 7 business days. During the holidays, delivery might take a little longer.
- Tracking My Order?
As soon as we are ready to ship your order we will send you an email with the tracking information.
If it's an international order, most packages arrive within two or three weeks, though it can take from four to six weeks dependent upon how your country handles these packages. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do on our end to expedite this process.

- Returns & Refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns - You have 15 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. Once we receive your item we will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) a 15% restocking fee may apply. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. Custom orders are non-refundable.
Shipping - You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
